Nose
The aroma is youthful and fruity with notes of pear, apple and citrus. Sweet notes of vanilla and honey. There are also traces of herbs and mild spices from the raw distillate.
Palate
Notes from the aroma are found in the flavor where vanilla is most evident as well as orange citrus and apricot. Subtle notes of honey, cinnamon and almond.
Finish
The aftertaste is relatively short with pear and vanilla being most prominent. The oak barrel character is present but by no means dominant.
